We are also looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for Aluminium & Glass Works.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
* Candidates must have at least 3 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia or any GCC country (United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, or Bahrain).
* Experience in aluminium, glass, façade, curtain wall, windows, doors, and related construction works.
* Ability to prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, tender documents, and project cost control.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity surveying/estimation software.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently and coordinate with engineers, clients, and project teams.
