We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our Pilates studio in Kuwait. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the studio. Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude. * Manage bookings, cancellations, and class schedules. * Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly. * Process payments and maintain accurate client records. * Coordinate with instructors regarding schedules and appointments. * Ensure the reception area and studio remain clean, organized, and presentable. * Support daily studio operations and administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Professional appearance and positive attitude. * Comfortable using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business. * Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
