We are looking for a motivated and friendly staff member to handle customer phone calls for our car business. Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to potential customers. Answer incoming customer inquiries. Follow up with customers by phone and WhatsApp. Schedule appointments for vehicle viewing. Maintain records of customer calls and follow-ups. Provide professional and polite customer service. Requirements: Good communication skills. Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage). Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and smartphones. Honest, punctual, and responsible. Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus. Salary: Starting from 300 JOD per month (negotiable based on experience) plus performance incentives.
