Position: Work Permit Receiver (WPR) – Aramco Approved

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Aramco Approved Work Permit Receiver.
Valid Aramco WPR approval/certification is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of the Aramco Work Permit System and permit-to-work procedures.
Experienced in preparing, submitting, tracking, and maintaining all work permit documentation.
Familiar with Aramco safety standards, procedures, and site requirements.
Excellent document handling and record-keeping skills.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, site supervisors, safety personnel, and project teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple permit requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Obtain, process, and manage all required work permits in accordance with Aramco procedures.
Coordinate with Aramco representatives, site supervisors, and HSE personnel to ensure timely permit approvals.
Maintain accurate records of work permits and related documentation.
Ensure all work activities comply with Aramco safety regulations and permit requirements.
Monitor permit validity and arrange renewals/extensions when required.
Support project teams by ensuring uninterrupted work through effective permit coordination.
