URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR Q C DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Experience: Minimum 10+ years (mandatory)
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel (mandatory)
Candidates must demonstrate proven capability in QC documentation control, including document tracking, filing, revision management, and coordination with site QC & Construction teams. Profiles that do not meet the required experience level or technical skill standards will be rejected without review,
Roles & Responsibilities (Mandatory)
Control, manage, and update all QC documents as per project and client requirements
Maintain document logs, transmittals, revision records, and submission trackers
Coordinate with QC Inspectors, Engineers, and Construction teams for timely document flow
Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of all QC-related documents
Prepare and update daily/weekly QC documentation status reports
Manage incoming/outgoing documents through DCC systems (soft & hard copies)
Ensure all documents comply with approved formats, procedures, and project specifications
Support preparation of final dossiers, handover packages, and QA/QC deliverables
Maintain confidentiality and strict control over document access and distribution
