Immediate Hiring – Document Controller (Female)

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,000 per month

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team and support the Sales Department.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Document Control, Administration, or Sales Support
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) is an advantage
Excellent document management, filing, and record-keeping skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain sales-related documents and records
Control document issuance, revisions, and distribution
Ensure document accuracy and compliance with company procedures
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Coordinate with sales teams and other departments
Support reporting and audit requirements
