Job Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Carpenter with a strong background in interior fit-out works to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality joinery and woodworking finishes in residential or commercial fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans.Install and finish custom millwork, cabinetry, doors, trims, molding, and wall paneling.Perform precise measuring, cutting, and assembling of wood components.Sand, stain, and apply final decorative touches for a flawless, high-end finish.Ensure all worksite installations meet high-quality standards and safety regulations.Collaborate with project coordinators, supervisors, and other trades on-site.Requirements:Minimum of 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in carpentry, specifically focused on interior fit-out or furniture finishing.Deep understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.Ability to work accurately with basic power and hand tools.Valid and transferable Bahrain local visa / Residency Permit (CR) is highly preferred.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Salary and Benefits:Competitive monthly salary: BHD 150 – BHD 300 (depending on experience and skill test)Free Company-Provided AccommodationTransportation to and from the worksiteOvertime (OT) pay available
