Quality Control Specialist
Role Summary
We are looking for a Quality control specialist for our Gas Suppression Factory in Riyadh. The
role will lead cross functional teams, conducting internal and external audits and will implement
corrective actions when necessary to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and implementing standards, procedures and specifications for a company
• Constantly enhancing existing procedures to ensure they meet the current standards and
Codes.
• Perforing regular Testing products ensure that manufacturing meet quality standards
• Maintaining documentation of procedural changes
• Preparing performance reports for relevant stakeholders
• Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality
standards
• Constantly supervising the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts,
including Quality Control inspection schedules and the collection of Quality Records.
• Supervising audits, inspections, reports and the documentation issued by auditers
• Supervising the regular calibration of all critical equipment
• Support UL / FM / NFPA 2001 & 12 / ISO 14520 follow-up audits and documentation.
Required Knowledge & Experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Deep Knowledge of Gas Suppression System is a must.
• Fluent English, Arabic is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing full shift production in a factory.
• Experience in developing and reviewing project quality plans, contract documents and
project specifications
