Al Moallam Company (CJSC) is looking for a full-time experienced Data Analyst who is locally available. Candidates should have the following:

The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The role focuses on building scalable data models, dashboards, and analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, with a strong understanding of business processes and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Reporting
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Build and manage data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
• Translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
Microsoft Fabric & Data Engineering
• Work with Microsoft Fabric for data integration, transformation, and storage.
• Manage lakehouse and warehouse structures within Fabric.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across datasets.
Business Analysis
• Collaborate with business units (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, ICT) to understand reporting needs.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
• Provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for management requests.
Data Management & Integration
• Integrate data from ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Optimize data queries and performance for large datasets.
• Ensure secure and efficient data access for stakeholders.
Governance & Documentation
• Maintain documentation for data models, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Follow data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
• Support data quality and validation processes.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Strong experience in Power BI development and DAX.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric components (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Warehouse, SQL Queries).
• Strong understanding of business operations and KPIs.
