Technical Skills & Menu Knowledge • Menu Items: Must know how to bake and prepare high-quality cakes, cheesecakes, and general desserts. • Equipment Mastery: Full proficiency in operating commercial kitchen machinery, including conduction ovens, large mixers, and blenders. • Quality Control: Must strictly follow recipes to prepare everything perfectly according to our standards. Working Hours & Schedule • Shift: 9-hour shift (8 hours of work + 1 hour break). • Routine: 1 day off per week.
