We're Hiring – Civil Site Engineer
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry to join our growing team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 1–3 years of relevant site engineering experience
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
- Valid transferable Iqama
- Willing to relocate to Jeddah
- Good communication skills; English is required, while Hindi/Urdu is preferred and Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is an advantage
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
- Review engineering drawings and technical documents
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of activities
- Monitor material usage and ensure quality control standards are maintained
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and company policies
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Support project planning, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities
