JOB DESCRIPITION-Surface Preparation: Inspect, clean, sand, fill cracks, and prime surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion .Material Mixing: Accurately mix and match paints, stains, lacquers, or sealants to achieve the exact color, texture, and consistency required by project specifications. Paint Application: Apply finishes evenly using brushes, rollers, airless sprayers, or specialized spray equipment. Quality Control: Inspect finished work for runs, drips, or imperfections and perform necessary touch-ups to meet high standards of craftsmanship. Site Management & Safety: Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, strictly follow safety protocols for handling hazardous materials, and properly maintain equipment.
