🚨 We’re Hiring Logistics & Procurement Coordinator

We are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end import and export operations.
* Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.
* Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation.
* Ensure compliance with Saudi customs regulations and international trade requirements.
* Track shipments and resolve logistics issues proactively.
* Support the procurement team with supplier follow-up, purchase orders, and delivery coordination.
* Maintain accurate logistics and procurement records.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Requirements:

* Saudi National
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export, and procurement support.
* Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
