Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Purchaser / Buyer to join our Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier sourcing, purchase order management, vendor coordination, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials and supplies to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Process and manage purchase orders.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain inventory levels and support inventory management.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Follow company purchasing policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Valid driver's license (Required).
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and inventory management.


Candidates in the Eastern Province will be preferred.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Purchaser, Buyer, or in a similar procurement role.
Experience in supplier sourcing, price negotiations, and purchase order processing.
Experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry is an added advantage.
