Employment Type: Freelance / Per Design Assignment (Piecework Basis)

*Compensation:
The coordinator will be compensated per completed design/project, rather than receiving a fixed monthly salary. Payment will be agreed upon before the start of each design assignment.

*Key Responsibilities:
1. Fabric & Material Sourcing: Research suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, and materials based on the designer's concept. Compare suppliers in terms of quality, price, and availability. Present recommendations for approval.
2. Supplier & Tailoring Workshop Coordination: Identify suitable tailoring workshops and production partners. Negotiate production costs and timelines. Maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
3. Production Follow-up: Monitor every production stage from sample development until final completion. Ensure production follows the approved design specifications. Resolve production issues when they arise.
4. Quality Control: Inspect garments before delivery. Ensure stitching, measurements, finishing, and overall quality meet the designer's standards. Report defects and arrange necessary corrections.
5. Timeline Management: Follow production schedules. Ensure deadlines are met. Provide regular progress updates to the designer.
6. Communication: Act as the communication link between the designer, suppliers, and tailoring workshop. Coordinate approvals, revisions, and production updates.
7. Cost Management: Obtain quotations. Track production costs. Help achieve the required quality within budget.
8. Documentation: Maintain records of (Fabric suppliers,Workshop contacts, Material costs, Production timelines, and Design specifications)
9. Delivery Coordination: Arrange collection and delivery of finished garments. Ensure all pieces are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

*Required Skills:
Knowledge of fashion production.
Understanding of different fabric types.

Basic knowledge of garment construction.

*Performance Expectations:
The coordinator is expected to:
Complete each assigned design efficiently.
Maintain production quality.
Meet agreed delivery dates.
Reduce unnecessary production costs.
Build reliable supplier relationships.
Protect the designer's design confidentiality.

*Payment Structure:
Instead of a monthly salary:
Compensation shall be made per design/project.
The fee will be agreed before production begins.
Additional work outside the agreed scope requires prior approval and may be compensated separately.

*Confidentiality:
The coordinator shall not:
Share any design with third parties.
Reproduce any design.
Sell or distribute design information.
Use the designer's suppliers or workshops for personal commercial benefit without written permission.

*Intellectual Property:
All sketches, concepts, technical drawings, samples, patterns, and finished products remain the exclusive property of the designer.

*Additional Responsibilities (Highly Recommended):
Maintain a database of trusted fabric suppliers.
Build relationships with premium tailoring workshops.
Monitor market trends.
Source new fabrics before competitors.
Organize seasonal fabric samples.
Archive all production records.
Photograph finished garments before delivery.
Prepare cost sheets for each design.
Track alterations after customer fittings.
Suggest production improvements.
Coordinate packaging and branding.
Ensure confidentiality with all vendors.
Prepare production reports after each completed design.
