reputed construction company in Bahrain is urgently seeking an experienced Estimator (local or international) with a strong background in civil infrastructure and tendering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.).

Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements.

Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.

Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals within tender deadlines.

Work closely with project managers, planning, and procurement teams.

Maintain updated cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in tendering and estimation (preferably in GCC).

Proven experience with Bahrain Tender Board procedures and government tenders.

Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work under strict deadlines.
