Required skills

- Knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes.
- Experience with nesting/CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to read structural drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Understanding of CNC cutting machines.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in steel fabrication, production planning, or nesting.
- Experience in structural steel manufacturing is highly preferred.
