Maintenance Operations & Business Development Foreman
📍 Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
We are a growing maintenance company looking for an experienced and motivated professional who can help us expand our business while managing maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new maintenance contracts and develop business opportunities.
Visit clients, build relationships, and promote company services.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Supervise technicians and ensure high-quality work.
Perform technical work whenever required and lead the team by example.
Manage daily maintenance operations and job scheduling.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely project completion.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in the maintenance industry.
Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and General Maintenance.
Proven ability to manage teams and complete maintenance projects.
Experience in marketing and business development within the maintenance sector.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to speak English and Arabic (both preferred).
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, quotations, and basic reporting).
Valid Saudi driving licence is preferred.
Saudi Arabia maintenance experience is highly preferred.
