Job Title: Sales Manager - Industrial Products (Equipment Lifting & Welding)
Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our Industrial Products division in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing new business, and managing key customer relationships in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to make a business plan and achieve and exceed assigned individual sales targets.
• Develop new business by identifying and adding active end users with ongoing projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Promote and register the company's represented brands with major customers, contractors, and industrial end users.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and project owners.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to maximize performance.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports using ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely order execution.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Any related activity assignment by the Line Manager / HOD

Requirements

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ Years of Industrial Products (Equipment Lifting & Welding) Sales experience in DAMMAM, KSA.
• Proven experience in industrial sales within Saudi Arabia.
• Previous sales experience in one or more of the following product categories:
o Lifting equipment
o Chain blocks, lever hoists, lifting winches
o Rigging hardware and lifting tools
o Welding machines
o Welding consumables
o Welding accessories

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian industrial, construction, oil & gas, and manufacturing markets.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple sales tasks.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment with Team.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP, and CRM systems.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and motivate team members of different nationalities.
• Valid Saudi Arabian driving licence.
• Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
