Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates who align with our company culture and goals. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Proactively source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals).
• Conduct initial resume screenings and phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist in developing and improving recruitment strategies .
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
• Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP) are a plus.
