We are looking for an IT Help Desk Support to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems and equipment.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows 10/11
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Active Directory
Network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Printers and peripheral devices
Experience with ticketing systems.
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
