- Have ability to create bill of quantity, BOQ
- Have back ground in firefighting system
- Have experience in all constructions phases 
- Request and collect Quotation.
- Reviewing Contract conditions and Purchase order.
- Reviewing Purchase Order .
- Follow up with End user and contractors.
- Preparation of BOQ .
- Make bidding analysis.
