We are currently looking for 2 candidates for our new Qiddiyah Fifa Stadium project in Riyadh

1) Senior Planning Engineer
2) Chief Structural Engineer

Senior planning Engineer responsibilities and qualifications includes; 1. Build project WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) in Primavera P6 according to project construction specifications.
2. Develop preliminary schedules, baseline schedules with supporting documents, and detailed internal control schedules.
3. Load resources including manpower, materials, machinery and project values (based on BOQ and CBS) in P6, and generate resource histograms, resource curves and value progress curves.
4. Track official project schedules, update weekly and monthly actual progress and forecast progress in P6.
5. Prepare rolling two-week look-ahead schedules on a weekly basis.
6. Prepare rolling three-month look-ahead schedules and supporting documents on a monthly basis.
7. Maintain ledgers of planned and actual consumption of manpower, materials and machinery.
8. Monitor project progress dynamically, compare with baseline schedule and conduct schedule deviation analysis including BV, CV, SPI and CPI.
9. Track internal execution schedules, issue progress reports, alert delay risks to internal departments, and formulate and follow up corrective actions.
10. Compile and maintain weekly and monthly planning reports as required.
11. Risk and interface management: systematically identify schedule risks including drawing delays, material and steel structure supply delays, HSE and quality incidents, and interface delays with third-party parties.
12. Conduct schedule change management, prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for schedule variations, and support claim schedule preparation.

1. Able to communicate proficiently in English to directly coordinate with foreign staff and drive project planning activities.
2. Skilled in Excel and Primavera P6; proficiency in Microsoft Project, Acumen Fuse and Tekla is preferred.
3. Experienced in project management or project planning. Holding a construction practitioner certificate or PMP certification is preferred.
And MUST HAVE SCE CERTIFICATE



For Chief Structural Engineer responsibilities and qualifications includes; 1.In charge of overall technical management of Saudi overseas EPC steel structure projects.
2.Independently review construction drawings, shop drawings, calculation reports, construction plans and special schemes.
3.Control the whole construction process of steel fabrication, erection, welding, high-strength bolt, anti-corrosion and fire protection.
4.Solve technical difficulties of long-span deformation, complex joints, thick plate welding, sliding, jacking and lifting.
5.Conduct technical communication, document submission and technical coordination with clients, GC and V3.
6.Ensure project implementation in accordance with AISC/BS international standards.
1.Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and related majors.
SCE Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)Registration Certificate
2.Fluent in English , capable of independent overseas technical communication.
3.8+ years steel structure technical management experience, including 3–5 years as chief engineer / technical principal.
4.Experienced in at least 2 large-scale steel structure projects such as long-span venue, super high-rise and transport hub.
5.Proficient in Tekla Structures, skilled in steel detailing, joint design, fabrication and site erection.
6.Familiar with overseas EPC mode, Saudi project management and AISC/BS international standards.
