Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical Billing & Financial Analyst to manage customer billing while providing financial analysis and reporting to support business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in transportation or contracting companies and possess strong analytical and finance skills.
Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
* Verify supporting documents before billing.
* Monitor billing status and ensure timely submission to clients.
* Coordinate with Operations to validate completed services.
* Reconcile billing records with contracts, purchase orders, and completed work.
* Track unbilled revenue and outstanding invoices.
* Prepare weekly and monthly billing reports.
* Perform revenue and profitability analysis by project, customer, and contract.
* Analyze operational performance and identify revenue leakage.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Develop financial dashboards and management reports.
* Work closely with the Accounting and Operations teams to improve billing processes.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual requirements.
Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, finance, or financial analysis.
* Experience in transportation, logistics, or contracting companies is highly preferred.
* Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, financial models).
* Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
* Strong understanding of revenue recognition, contracts, and billing processes.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
