# Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized **Dispatch Coordinator** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatch operations within the FMCG manufacturing industry**, **pastry production factories**, or **central kitchen operations**.

## Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules.
* Ensure timely and accurate distribution of products to customers and branches.
* Monitor vehicle loading, routing, and delivery status.
* Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation and records.
* Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Track inventory movements and resolve delivery-related issues.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety standards.

## Requirements

* Proven experience as a Dispatcher or Dispatch Coordinator.
* Experience in an **FMCG manufacturing company**, **pastry food production factory**, or **central kitchen** is highly preferred.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Good knowledge of inventory, logistics, and distribution processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
