Accountant Staff Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or Tally).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
1–3 years of accounting experience (some positions accept fresh graduates).
Professional certifications (such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Experience with tax preparation and payroll processing.
Knowledge of local accounting standards and tax regulations.

Record daily financial transactions.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
