The Role: Kitchen Helper

As a Kitchen Helper, you are the engine that keeps our back-of-house running smoothly. You will work closely with the kitchen team to handle prep work, maintain an immaculate workspace, and support the cooks during peak rush hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Prep Work: Wash, chop, slice, and portion ingredients (vegetables, seafood, proteins, and sauces) so everything is ready for the line.

Kitchen Flow: Keep the cooks stocked with clean pans, plates, and utensils by managing the dishwashing station efficiently.

Cleanliness: Maintain top-tier hygiene by sweeping, mopping, clearing trash, and sanitizing workstations.

Inventory Support: Assist in unpacking deliveries and organizing storage areas using proper rotation methods.
