Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Manager – Heavy Lift, Heavy Transport & Project Logistics

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Heavy Lift, Heavy Transportation, SPMT (Self-Propelled Modular Transporters), crane services, and Project Logistics sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, an established network within the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, renewable energy, infrastructure, EPC, and industrial sectors, and a proven track record in securing complex logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Heavy Lift, Heavy Transport, SPMT, crane, and project logistics business.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPC contractors, project owners, freight forwarders, and industrial clients.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
* Coordinate with engineering, operations, transport planning, and project teams to develop competitive solutions.
* Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project assessments.
* Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly update CRM records.
* Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Requirements

Education

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.

Experience

* Minimum 5 years of sales experience in one or more of the following:
* Heavy Lift
* Heavy Transportation
* SPMT operations
* Crane rental
* Project logistics
* Oversized & Overweight (OOG) transportation
* Marine logistics
* Proven track record of winning high-value logistics and transport projects.
* Experience working with EPC contractors, oil & gas companies, renewable energy developers, or industrial clients is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

* Heavy lift engineering concepts
* SPMT operations
* Hydraulic trailers
* Conventional heavy haul transportation
* Crane lifting solutions
* Route surveys
* Method statements
* Project planning
* Cost estimation
* Risk assessment
* Project cargo logistics
