Job Description

Position: Heavy Lift Manager
Location: Bahrain (Local)
Gender: Male
Nationality: Any Nationality
Salary: BHD 1,000–1,400 (based on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, supervise, and manage heavy lifting and specialized transport operations.
* Prepare lift plans and ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
* Coordinate with project managers, clients, crane operators, riggers, and subcontractors.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and international lifting standards.
* Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inspections before lifting operations.
* Monitor project schedules, equipment utilization, and operational costs.
* Ensure cranes, lifting equipment, and accessories are properly inspected and certified.
* Investigate incidents, resolve operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate project documentation.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Heavy Lift Manager or in a similar heavy lifting/project management role.
* Strong knowledge of crane operations, rigging, lifting equipment, and heavy transport.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with HSE regulations and lifting standards.
* Strong communication and coordination abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
* Relevant heavy lifting, rigging, or lifting supervision certifications are an advantage.
* Valid Bahrain driving license is preferred.
