The Role
We're looking for a part-time Sales Lead Qualifier to handle inbound inquiries from Saudi companies via WhatsApp and email, gather key requirements, and prepare qualified leads for our team to close. This is a front-line role — you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients.


Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads via WhatsApp and email (within 24 hours, ideally faster)
Ask structured qualifying questions: role/occupation needed, number of workers, contract duration, salary offered, job location, start date

Log every lead accurately into our CRM tracker
Politely decline and redirect leads outside our service scope (e.g., domestic labor, non-industrial roles)

Escalate qualified leads to the core team for follow-up and document exchange

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) — required
Working proficiency in English
Strong written communication skills; comfortable managing conversations over WhatsApp
Reliable internet access and availability during 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, e.g., Saudi business hours
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead qualification is a plus
Familiarity with the Saudi labor/recruitment market is a plus but not required
