A Small Pakistani restaurant in Riyadh is seeking a high-energy, professional Restaurant Manager. You will oversee daily operations, lead a diverse team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the Saudi hospitality sector and fluency in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities
Operations: Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations efficiently.
Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with local Saudi and expat guests.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule service and kitchen staff.
Financial Control: Monitor food costs, manage budgets, and maximize profitability.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Baladiya (municipality) food safety regulations.

Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 3–5 years managing busy Pakistani or South Asian restaurants.
Location Factor: Proven experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (essential for guest interaction/authorities) and English/Urdu.
Status: Valid, transferable Iqama is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and POS software proficiency.
