1. Daily Beverage and outlet wise KOT, Void, Discount/NC and System posting checking and
making the report for Management Approval.

2. Monitor daily store & Outlet Receipt / Issue and report on daily basis.

3. Monitor daily revenue and Prepare comprehensive Food and Beverage Control Report by the
month end.

4. Maintain accuracy of POS data of every outlet and ensure POS Inventory is maintain in good
order.

5. Maintain menu costing on all food and beverage items and let Management aware of any pricing
disputes.

6. Constantly monitor all food and beverage controls to ensure compliance.

7. Perform any other spot-checks Inventory & Petty Cash as prescribed.

8. Coordinate, attend and monitor all food and beverage physical inventories to ensure accuracy
on every alternate day.

9. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the FC/GM, to include a participative role in
Operating Equipment inventory taking.

10. Random outlet wise verification of Inwards Inventory with sales Inventory.
