We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and cooperative Barista to join our coffee shop in Riffa.

📍 Location: Riffa, Bahrain
💰 Salary: BHD 140 per month
🛂 Work Visa: Provided by the employer
⏰ Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including break time
📅 Weekly Day Off: 1 day per week
🏠 Accommodation: Not provided
🚗 Transportation: Not provided

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have previous experience working as a Barista.

• Must know how to properly prepare V60, Matcha, Mojito, Spanish Latte, hot and cold coffee, and other common café beverages.

• Must follow the coffee shop’s recipes and exact measurements accurately and consistently.

• Must maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation for every order.

• Must know how to properly operate and clean the espresso machine, coffee grinder, and other café equipment.

• Must take proper care of all machines, equipment, tools, and items used during work. Any negligence or misuse of equipment will be handled according to company policy and applicable Bahrain labour regulations.

• Must maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop, coffee bar, equipment, tools, and working areas throughout the shift.

• Must perform daily cleaning and ensure the workplace is clean and organized before finishing the shift.

• Must monitor ingredients, coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies and inform management when stock is running low.

• Must be punctual, responsible, cooperative, respectful, and able to follow management instructions.

• Must provide good and respectful customer service.

• Must be able to work efficiently during busy periods and handle orders accurately under pressure.

• Must be able to take customer orders and handle basic cashier duties when required.

WEEKLY DAY OFF:

The employee is entitled to one weekly day off. If the employee is required to work on the scheduled weekly rest day due to business needs, compensation or an alternative rest day will be provided in accordance with Bahrain Labour Law.

IMPORTANT:

• Work visa will be provided and paid for by the employer.

• Accommodation and transportation are the employee’s own responsibility and are not provided by the employer.

• Only serious applicants with relevant Barista experience should apply.

• Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete a practical Barista skills test to demonstrate their ability to prepare coffee and other beverages before hiring.
