Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of all drivers.
2. Assign routes and schedules to drivers to optimize efficiency.
3. Monitor driver performance and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
4. Conduct regular inspections and ensure vehicles are maintained properly.
5. Provide training and support to drivers as needed.
6. Handle driver-related issues, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
7. Maintain accurate records of driver activities, vehicle usage, and incidents.
8. Collaborate with management to improve transportation operations.
