GST International is hiring a *Planning Engineer – Steel Structure* to manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for steel structure projects. The role will ensure projects are executed efficiently, resources are properly planned, and key milestones are achieved within approved timelines.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work programs.
* Prepare project timelines, resource plans, and progress tracking reports.
* Monitor actual project progress against approved schedules and identify potential delays.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and site teams.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
* Update project schedules based on actual site progress and project requirements.
* Support management with project forecasting and recovery plans.
* Maintain accurate planning records and project documentation.

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or a related engineering field.
* Relevant experience in planning for steel structure or construction projects is preferred.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning software is an advantage.

*Skills:*

* Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
* Ability to understand engineering drawings and project specifications.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent coordination and time-management abilities.
* Good command of MS Excel and project planning tools.
