Role Purpose
The role is responsible for driving business development, estimation, project execution, technical supervision, and operational management of ELV systems including CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, PA Systems, Structured Cabling, and Fiber Optics. The position ensures effective tendering, installation, commissioning & maintenance, client coordination, and team leadership to achieve division goals and support organizational growth in the Saudi ELV market.

Job Tasks, Duties & Accountabilities (TDA)
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in ELV domains.
• Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and solution discussions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
2. Proposal, Tendering & Estimation
• Prepare estimation, commercial proposals, quotations, and BOQ as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for material pricing and technical data.
• Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial tenders.
3. Project Planning & Execution
• Develop detailed project schedules covering installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Allocate resources and manpower for project requirements.
• Monitor site progress ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
4. ELV System Installation, Testing & Commissioning and Maintenance
• Oversee installation of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, BMS, PA Systems, Structed cabling, Data/Voice Networking, and Fiber Optic systems etc.
• Conduct system testing, configuration, and commissioning and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and consultant specifications.
5. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide hands-on guidance to resolve system integration or operational issues.
• Review technical drawings, system architectures, and wiring diagrams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for system failures and implement corrective actions.
6. Supplier, Consultant & Contractor Coordination
• Liaise with OEMs, consultants, and subcontractors for project approvals.
• Schedule technical meetings and clarify design or scope variations.
• Facilitate timely delivery of materials and documentation.
7. Team Leadership & Performance Management
• Supervise ELV engineers, technicians, and installation/maintenance teams.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and coach the team for performance improvement.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
8. Quality Assurance & Compliance
• Ensure installations meet local authority requirements and industry standards.
• Implement quality checks and maintain documentation for compliance audits.
• Follow project-specific safety protocols and ensure team compliance.
9. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain project files, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Prepare MIS reports on project status, revenue pipeline, and work progress.
• Document service records, maintenance logs, and commissioning reports.
10. After-Sales Support & Service Management
• Oversee AMC, system servicing, and after-sales technical support.
• Address client escalations by providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
11. Cost Control & Budget Management
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Implement cost-saving measures through optimized resource utilization.
12. Market & Technology Updates
• Keep updated on new ELV technologies, OEM products, and market trends.
• Recommend new solutions for enhancing organizational capabilities.

Job Specification

Essential Factors (Knowledge & Experience)

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering.
Certifications preferred: Cisco CCNA, KNX / BMS, or equivalent ELV certifications.

Experience:
• 7–12 years of ELV experience, including at least 2–3 years in a senior/lead role.
• Strong GCC (Saudi preferred) experience in ELV sales, estimation, projects, and service management.

Competencies (Skills, Knowledge & Behavior):
• Strong technical knowledge of major ELV/BMS systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Project planning and execution, troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Office, and ELV software tools
• Well Experience in Business Development, estimation, project execution and service management.
