Job Vacancy: Interior Fit-Out Project Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise interior fit-out and renovation projects.
- Coordinate and manage workers on site to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion.
- Plan daily work schedules and monitor project progress.
- Purchase construction and finishing materials, negotiate prices, and control project costs.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Resolve on-site issues and keep projects running smoothly.

Requirements

- Experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction project management.
- Good knowledge of the Riyadh construction materials market and local pricing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workers and subcontractors.
- Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
