Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician (HVAC) to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation systems across company facilities. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, maintain proper temperature control and indoor air quality, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning equipment.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related faults.
Carry out installation, servicing, and replacement of HVAC components when required.
Perform basic plumbing and electrical work related to HVAC systems.
Monitor and maintain proper temperature control and indoor air quality across company facilities.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and work orders.
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, maintenance procedures, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

Nationality - Indian Preferred
Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC equipment.
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems related to HVAC.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Familiarity with HVAC tools, testing instruments, and maintenance equipment.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements when needed.
