The candidate should have experience in the repair, rewinding, assembly, and maintenance of AC and DC motors. Preference should be given to candidates with experience in LV and MV motors and who are capable of independently carrying out dismantling, winding, fitting, testing support, and reassembly activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Rewinding of AC and DC motors (LV & MV)
• Dismantling and assembly of electric motors
• Coil preparation, insulation, and winding
• Motor fitting and mechanical assembly
• Identification of winding faults and repair
• Support in electrical testing and quality inspections
• Compliance with workshop safety procedures and quality standards
• Housekeeping and proper maintenance of tools and equipment

Preferred Qualifications:
• ITI in Electrical or equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in motor repair and rewinding
• Experience with industrial motors from OEMs such as ABB, Siemens, WEG, GE, Toshiba, etc., will be an advantage
• Ability to read motor winding data, connection diagrams, and technical drawings
