We are looking for an experienced Safety Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering HSE training programs, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and Saudi regulations, while promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct HSE induction and safety training programs.
Deliver training on Work at Height, Confined Space, Fire Safety, First Aid Awareness, PPE, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work, and other HSE topics.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations.
Evaluate trainees through written and practical assessments.
Maintain training records and issue competency certificates.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness campaigns.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEBOSH, IOSH, and Saudi HSE standards.
Coordinate with project managers and HSE teams to identify training needs.
Support incident investigations and share lessons learned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Trainer in construction, industrial, or oil & gas projects.
NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent HSE certification.
Train the Trainer certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international safety standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
