- Production Manager
Location:
- UPVC and Aluminum Windows and Doors Factory

Job Objective:
- Supervise all production activities to ensure the production of high-quality products according to specified schedules, achieve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure worker safety.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage work teams (carpenters, technicians, and workers) and assign tasks based on the production plan.
- Ensure quality standards are applied throughout all manufacturing stages.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse departments to determine required quantities and delivery dates.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials (aluminum, UPVC, glass, accessories, etc.) and order supplies in a timely manner.
- Work on improving production lines and developing procedures to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
- Follow up on the maintenance of equipment and machinery and coordinate with the technical team to ensure their readiness.
- Prepare periodic production reports and submit them to senior management.
- Implement occupational safety standards within the factory.
- Contribute to the training and development of the technical team's skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in production management in the UPVC or aluminum field
• Good knowledge of production planning software (ERP or similar)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage work teams
• Good knowledge of quality and safety standards
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
