Position: Business Development Officer (BDO)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Contract Type: 3-Month Probation Period
About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, goal-oriented, and professional Male & Female Business Development Officers to join the Najmuk team.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for expanding our vendor network, managing client relationships,
and driving the growth of our multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Acquisition: Find and onboard new vendors through phone calls and direct in-person meetings.
Field Visits: Visit businesses to explain the Najmuk platform and complete their registration.
Relationship Building: Maintain good professional relationships with vendors to keep them active on the app.
Daily Reporting: Send a daily update report to management covering your total outreach and new registrations.
Achievement: Work consistently to meet and exceed monthly onboarding targets.
Compensation & Performance Incentives
Base Salary: 3,000 SAR (subject to achieving the monthly target).
Monthly Target: 80 vendors.
Performance Commission: For every new vendor registered beyond the 80-vendor target, you will receive a 10%
commission on the associated fees.
Performance Review: Your performance will be evaluated at the end of the 3-month probation period. Based on
your progress and results, the contract will be eligible for renewal, and there is a provision to discuss a salary
increment based on your contributions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Professional demeanor and a results-driven mindset.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle field-based operations.
Must be comfortable with daily reporting and target-based KPIs.
