Urgent Hiring Corrosion Engineer For Petrochamical Ind. Saudi Arabia
Position: Cossosion Engineer
Industry: Oil & Gas / Petrochamical
Location: Yanbu, Saudi Arabia

1. Develop and monitor corrosion management programs for all company's asset, including stationaries equipment and piping.
2. Perform corrosion failure analysis upon Plant / Project / Assets
3. Review and update Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs for corrosion aspect.
4. Conduct annual Cathodic Protection (CP) survey (along with contractor), review and monitor the CP performance
5. Investigate and analyze failures in operational facilities related to the corrosion and recommend remedial actions, and (if necessary) participate on the Root Cause Analysis program.
6. Recommend and manage specialist services related to corrosion issues as necessary (Failure investigations, Microbiological surveys, etc.).
7. Generate and monitor corrosion monitoring programs and corrosion monitoring devices (coupons/probes).
8. Originate and carry out engineering studies to determine potential problems and remedies to existing problems, resolve complex technical problems.
9. Develop an anticorrosion strategy using CP/ COATING / PAINTING / CHEMICAL TREATMENT/ CRA (corrosion resistant alloy) in order to optimize quality and costs.
10. Issuing of engineering corrosion philosophy document including pipeline and Topside equipment review. Interface with Equipment / Electrical/ Instrumental engineering disciplines
11. Transfer of the corrosion strategy to the discipline responsible of CP / Painting and Coating design.
12. Review and monitor chemical deployment and performances, if required.
13. Analyze the project technical specifications of Natpet and International Standards Bodies etc. (EN, ISO), with regards to Corrosion issue.
14. Inspect corrosion issue in field and participate on the initiation, testing & commissioning during Turnaround work and during installation of new facilities.
15. Report and analyze key performance indices (KPI) related to corrosion issues.
16. Assure corrosion issue to be attended / rectified as per On-stream and Off-Stream inspection programs for stationary equipment, piping, Safety valves etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferably with qualification in corrosion engineering.
· API-571 Certification
Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Refineries, Petrochemical or Gas processing plant
Mechanical Skills
Computer skills in mandatory (Microsoft Offices software, Meridium, SAP)
Competencies
Very Good in communication skills, computer skills, analysis, decision making, problem solving and honest
