We are currently looking for an experienced Site Secretary to join Saudi Aramco Building & Infrastructure Projects in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Design, Building & Infrastructure Construction Projects.
Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco and/or Royal Commission projects.
Strong knowledge of site administration, document control, correspondence, meeting coordination, and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Saudi Aramco / PMT Approval is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site documentation and correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain project records.
Support the project management team with administrative tasks.
Ensure proper filing and tracking of project documents.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
