We’re Hiring Finance & Accounts Officer Delivery company is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Finance & Accounts Officer to oversee the company’s financial operations and support business growth through effective financial management and reporting. Key Responsibilities * Manage and oversee all financial and accounting activities. * Prepare and review financial and management reports. * Monitor cash flow, revenues, expenses, and company budgets. * Handle payroll, invoicing, collections, and payments. * Prepare financial forecasts and performance analyses. * Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. * Coordinate with banks, external auditors, and accountants. * Provide financial insights to support management decision-making. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. * Excellent analytical and reporting skills. * High level of integrity, accuracy, and responsibility. * Ability to work independently and under pressure.
