we are looking for HVAC routine maintenance team to conduct a weekly maintenance.

below are Scope


We have a total of 22 freestanding 5-ton inverter AC units installed across four buildings. All outdoor units are located at ground level, a, and all indoor units are freestanding type as well. Therefore, no special access equipment is required for maintenance activities.

The AC units are the same type as the zamil freestanding inverter AC units shown in the image provided.

Currently, we have the following issues:

1. Two AC units are displaying a CL/EL error code (exact code to be confirmed).
2. One indoor unit has an abnormal blower noise that requires rectification.
3. Some AC units have low refrigerant gas pressure, resulting in insufficient cooling performance.

The initial scope of work includes troubleshooting and rectifying all existing issues to ensure that all units are operating properly.

After completion of the corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance shall be carried out once every week or once every two weeks, requiring only one visit per maintenance cycle. During each visit, the technician shall:

* Inspect the indoor and outdoor units.
* Verify cooling performance.
* Check refrigerant gas pressure if any reduction in cooling efficiency is observed.
* Perform necessary minor maintenance to ensure proper operation.

No daily attendance is required. Only one maintenance visit per week (or every two weeks) is required. Friday visits are acceptable.

The contractor’s scope shall include:

* One or two qualified AC technicians as required.
* All tools, equipment, and manpower necessary to perform the work.

For your reference,

We have a total of four similar buildings inside .These are relatively small buildings, and together they contain 22 freestanding AC units.

Our company installed these units approximately 1.5 years ago. The buildings are used for projection purposes and contain multiple projectors that generate significant heat. Due to the high heat load, additional cooling capacity was required, which is why each building is equipped with several freestanding AC units.
