As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.

Make beds, change linens, and replace used towels and amenities.

Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all room surfaces and furniture.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, water, and stationery.

Report any maintenance issues or damage in guest rooms or public areas.

Ensure corridors, elevators, and public areas are clean and presentable at all times.

Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals safely.

Handle guest requests politely and promptly when delivering items or services.

Maintain housekeeping equipment and report any malfunction or loss.

Follow hotel policies related to hygiene, safety, and security.

Assist in laundry operations when required.

Support room inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

Respond professionally to guest inquiries or complaints.

Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams for smooth room readiness.

Maintain privacy and security of guest belongings at all times.

Complete daily room assignment reports and update room status accurately.

Requirements:
• Open to all nationalities
• Minimum of 1 year experience in housekeeping or a related field within the hospitality industry
• Basic knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties
• Team player with a positive and professional attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
