The Role:
We are looking for a creative chef with experience in developing innovative sandwiches using various types of bread (brioche, sourdough, artisan breads, and more), smash burgers, pastries, and unique all-day menu items for a new concept launching soon in Bahrain.

Your Responsibilities:

Create the Menu: Design a signature range of fresh juices and premium desserts (waffles, crepes, pancakes).

Recipe & Costing: Write down all recipes and calculate the exact cost of every ingredient to ensure profitability.

Setup Supply Chain: Source the best fruit and dairy suppliers and manage daily ordering.

Lead the Team: Train staff on how to prepare items perfectly and maintain strict quality control.

What we are looking for:

Experience in juice bars or dessert cafes.

Strong math skills for food costing and inventory management.

A leader who can keep the kitchen clean, fast, and organized.
