Decontamination & Demolition Construction Manager / Construction Engineer

📍 Location:
Jubail - Major Petrochemical Complex (Saudi Arabia)

🧩 Overview:
We are supporting a strategic industrial program within Saudi Arabia’s energy infrastructure sector. This opportunity involves field‑based leadership for decontamination and demolition activities in a high‑compliance environment aligned with Saudi Aramco standards.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities:
Manage decontamination (flushing, cleaning, gas‑free certification) prior to demolition
Supervise safe dismantling of equipment, piping, and structures
Prepare and implement method statements, risk assessments, and demolition plans
Coordinate permits (PTW), SIMOPS, and shutdown activities
Ensure compliance with HSE, SADARA, RC, and international safety standards
Monitor contractor performance, schedule, and progress
Provide daily reporting and resolve field issues proactively

🎯 Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Civil / Construction Engineering
12+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical construction/shutdowns
Proven experience in industrial decontamination and demolition
Strong HSE knowledge and site leadership capabilities
Ready for immediate mobilization
