The selected candidate will support our finance department with daily accounting operations and accurate documentation.
Key_Responsibilities
Managing A/P (Accounts Payable) and A/R (Accounts Receivable)
Preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, and payment records
Assisting with data entry, reconciliation, and monthly closing
Maintaining proper filing of financial documents
Coordinating with vendors and internal departments for payment follow‑ups
Supporting the finance team in routine accounting tasks
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Experience in A/P & A/R processes
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be Philippines nationality
